Dr. Parshant Kumar Goyal

Dr. Parshant Kumar Goyal is 2007 batch IAS Officer of Tripura Cadre, presently on Central Deputation and working as Joint Secretary in Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Government of India. He was earlier posted as Secretary to Chief Minister, Tripura with additional charges of Secretary, GA (Cabinet & Confidential) Department with independent charges of Industries & Commerce (excl. Information Technology) Department and Information & Cultural Affairs Department. He has worked in the school Education Department as Director in Government of Tripura as well as in Government of Punjab. Dr. Parshant Kumar Goyal has done MBBS from Punjab University.
