JanSamarth Portal : National Portal for Credit - Linked Government Schemes
JanSamarth portal was launched by Hon’ble Prime Minister on 6th June’2022, conceptualized with the twin objectives of increasing the reach of the Government sponsored schemes and streamlining the credit delivery process for all the stakeholders, through a multitude of credit linked Government schemes. Since its launch, 15 credit-linked Central Government Schemes catering to diverse sectors like agriculture, renewable energy, business activity, livelihood, housing etc. are made available on the portal.
Key Integrations : JanSamarth portal is a digital marketplace with front-end user interface for beneficiaries, integrated with wide range of centralized data sources like Aadhar (UIDAI), PAN, Income (CBDT), Bureau (CIBIL), Udyam (MoMSME), GST, AgriStack, Digital Documentation (NeSL for e-sign and e-stamping), Bank account verification, CGTMSE (De-dupe), NCGTC portal, Repositories (NERL & CCRL for e-KUN), NRLM Facilitators, National Portal (consumer data from DISCOMs), DPIIT Startup portal, SIDH portal, LokOS, etc.
Onboarding Status : As on date, about 250 lenders including (Public Sector Banks, Private Sector Banks, Regional Rural Banks, DCCBs, NBFCs and SFBs) have already been onboarded for different schemes on the portal. With the portal available in 8 different languages, it caters to the credit needs of diverse range of beneficiaries.
Alternate digital channels : Portal also facilitates assisted mode for submission of loan applications by Bank’ business correspondents. Portal can be accessed through website (www.jansamarth.in) and mobile application (available in both android and iOS) and a separate mobile application is available for accessing real-time reports.
Management information systems (MIS) : Real-time management information systems (MIS) for all performance metrics of loans like sanctions, disbursements, Turnaround time(TAT), ageing analysis of in-pipeline applications and rejections can be analysed Branch-wise, Bank-wise and District-wise etc. is already enabled for all Ministries, SLBCs, State Administration, implementing agencies, Bank branch units and other stakeholders.
Grievance Redressal : Jan Samarth portal has a dedicated grievance redressal channels for both beneficiaries and Banks. Complaints in the portal are recorded, tracked, and resolved within specified time frames, with responsibilities assigned to ensure quality and process improvements.
